To bring one of advertisings classic characters to life, we used a combination of Maya and Nuke to realistically integrate CG content into live action footage. With green markers covering the Kool Aid Mans plastic suit, we 3d tracked his body, animated his facial expressions, and composited his face back on top in each shot.
